I've upgraded my E71 to the 200.21.118 firmware, and everything seems to be a bit smoother and more stable - EXCEPT that it keeps booting up (after being turned fully 'off') with a date of 2 days into the future. I don't use the Network Operator time sync facility, since I travel around a fair amount and prefer to set the time zone myself. This is a major annoyance, as it causes alarms to sound for meetings that are not even in today's schedule, and displays the wrong days schedule. I have to manually correct the date (the time is ok) on each occasion that I switch the phone off, and then on. DOH!
